Sabrina is 34 years old. She came to me with the goal of becoming stronger, leaner and more confident. Like many of my clients, the first step was to take an honest look at her current eating habits and daily routine. Together we adjusted her nutrition to make it both realistic and sustainable. This meant no fad diets, just balanced meals that worked around her lifestyle.
Once we had her nutrition plan in place, we focused on creating an effective training routine that fitted her weekly schedule; which included looking after children which is always a challenge when you are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Her workouts included a mix of resistance and functional training designed to help her drop body fat while building lean muscle tone.
The progress Sabrina has made has been incredible. In just eight weeks, she’s become noticeably leaner, stronger and more energised; the transformation photos speak for themselves.
Sabrina is now continuing with my online coaching programme, where we’re setting new performance goals to help her maintain and build on the fantastic results she’s already achieved.
