Hello and welcome to my website.


My name is Steve and I have been a personal trainer for a number of years now. I have always had a keen interest in sports, nutrition and fitness and so studying and qualifying to become a personal trainer was always a natural career step for me. During and after qualifying as a personal trainer, I began working at several gyms, which allowed me to learn from other professionals and work with a range of clients, with a wide variety of personal goals. This experience helped me gain the expertise I have today.


Steven Vince Personal Training provides a wealth of personal training experiences to clients throughout the Solihull and the surrounding Birmingham areas. I specialise in personalised 1-2-1 training sessions and develop working relationships with my clients allowing me to achieve their targets and goals. You will be at the centre of my focus for the duration of your course and will feel integral to a results and goal driven journey, professionally guided by myself.


A large proportion of my client base originates from recommendations, mainly from existing clients, to which I take great pride in as that in itself, is testament to the service I provide. My key aim is to thoroughly understand your goals and how to not only achieve them, but exceed them. In addition to reaching your initial targets, I will also set additional goals along the journey in order to achieve greater success and develop new opportunities for you to seek.


Nowadays, people are becoming increasingly more health conscious and are fully aware of the importance a balanced diet with a well-structured weekly exercise programme means to our general wellbeing. Steven Vince Personal Training recognises that a weekly fitness regime needs to be realistic, depending on a person’s individual needs, available time and goals. Whilst some of us like to train 4-5 times per week, for others it might not be possible due to lack of spare time or child or work commitments, for example. Steven Vince Personal Training will help you to fit a bespoke programme into your schedule and lifestyle depending on how little or how often you like to train.
