Sessions focus on strengthening your core muscles, as well as making your pelvic floor strong, in preparation for the birth. Together, we will focus on functional exercises, which will assist your bodies physical recovery after the birth.
After the birth we will create a unique programme to reduce unwanted body fat, strengthen your core and improve your aerobic fitness. I understand how to exercise safely after the birth and give you a challenging but enjoyable workout.
